Appearance:

A tall, broad broad.

Six feet and still growing into it, with all the gawkiness that her years afford. Thick black hair, dark eyes, athletic build. Prone to grinding her teeth.


History:

IN NORTHCLIFF PASS BORN AND RAISED ON THE UNFORGIVING LAND IS WHERE I SPENT MOST OF MY DAYS

The only surviving child of the town butchers, until we get PC butchers, at which point I'll figure it out.

Almost drowned along with her older brother when young, after falling through some ice.

Had a vision, which she claims to believe was the Water sparing her. Privately, believes the Night did.

Believes she's profane; equates vice and like, depression. Handles both accordingly.

Still believes that the Night talks to her! Doesn't talk about that.

Mom's reserved and distances herself from the family, dad's perpetually tired and angry about it. Not an abusive household, but an unhappy one.

Probably goes through a bully stage at some point in her younger years, which would be more effective if most of the other kids weren't older than her and anyone took her seriously. >:C

Grows out of it, sheepish about it and looking to make amends —

But still kind of a problem in need of an outlet and guidance, clearly neither of which she's getting at home.

In a bid to keep her from running off or breaking a traveling adventurer's face, taken on by the watch as part-time assistance.

Personality:

Resentful of people who leave, and her own desire to leave. This place needs people to stay and improve it! But also, like. What if she's meant for bigger things??

Restless, wants a sense of belonging. Ripe to attach herself to a charismatic figure or cause; respects competency, calmness, purpose.

Order > Chaos. She lives in chaos, it's exhausting.

Like many teenagers, thinks that she's right about most things. Like many teenagers, still an insecure nightmare about it.

Clever, but not an academic, and a bit defensive about that. Her skills don't lie in studying, but in investigation and connecting the dots.

Abilities:

Strong.

Punches pretty hard. Wrestles pretty hard. Hits people with sticks and cleavers and improvised objects pretty hard. Does not currently have any actual weapons training, though.

Knows her way around livestock, carcasses, cooking, and food preservation. Knows how to fish.

Can build basic traps and snares, identify basic tracks.

Basic tradesman's math, but uneducated. Can't read.

Reputation:

That house is always shouting.

Hope this Watch thing is good for her; it was a matter of time until she started serious trouble.

Someone saved by the Water could stand to show a little more faith.
